For the past few weeks, I haven’t posted my top three annoying things. Believe me, it hasn’t been because I wasn’t annoyed – I was! But, I’m not going to make you read like nine of them – only three!
1. Public Bathroom #1
Okay, lots of things to be annoyed about here. I mean I could go on and on but recently, there was one thing that really annoyed me. My three year-old daughter and I were in a public restroom. After she did her business, we realized there was no toilet paper!
There was a woman in the stall next to us and if you’ve ever taken a three year-old to the bathroom, you know they give a play-by-play of what’s happening. It’s beyond obvious the woman knew we needed some toilet paper. But, she did not do anything to help us out! Unbelievably annoying! I mean come on, I’ve got a little kid in here!
2. Losing Work
If you read one of my recent posts, you’ll know I lost a whole post and had to rewrite the entire thing. Annoying! I’ve done this before with Word documents and emails. Rewriting it just never seems as good as the first.
It’s usually some stupid thing that happens to cause you to lose it. I literally spent a week waiting to rewrite the post because I was so mad it happened in the first place. I know, not very grown up behavior but I was annoyed.
3. Public Bathroom #2
Hehe…it’s not what you think! I just had to add a second thing that annoys me about public bathrooms, particularly those Family Bathrooms. Now, these are supposed to be designed for a family. A family normally includes kids. Kids are generally on the short side. One problem little kids have is reaching the sinks in bathrooms.
Now, you think if it’s a “family” bathroom, someone would have considered this and lowered the sink. But, I get it, maybe that’s impossible for whatever building, safety, etc. reason.
You know what, though? There is a very easy solution…a step stool. OMG, can you believe I thought of that (I am brilliant!). Please just add a step stool so my three year-old can easily wash her hands in the bathroom!
Okay, that’s it for the week! Let me know what you think…
